If you feel a stirring in your soul whenever you connect with sacred sound and resonant frequencies, follow the call. Holding space as a practitioner goes so much deeper than playing pretty instruments. Throughout this course we will explore grounding and protection techniques, music theory, the electric and energetic bodies, and many other subjects. This training is perfect for those looking to hold space as sound practitioners, as well as those currently in wellness hoping to expand their spiritual toolkit. But it is also designed for those who are simply eager to play with sound for personal meditation, along with those who are curious to dive deeper into the mysterious alchemy of sound. This exploration of frequency and vibration will provide all the tools necessary to feel confident creating containers for clients to activate the healer within, but will also invite in self-healing as we release stuck emotions, trapped energy, and limiting beliefs around being seen, taking up space, and stepping into our dharma.

The Energetic Body & Biofield

Chakra foundations, the energetics of the biofield and aura, approaching the world as an energetic and vibrational being, grounding into your own energy field and how music can link the energetic, emotional, mental and physical.

Module 2

The Science of Sacred Tones & Vibrational Healing

The history and study of vibration and frequency across time and culture, tracking how music is a sacred technology designed to entrain ourselves into harmony and coherence

Module 3

All Things Crystal Bowls, Gong, and Tuning Forks

Technique. best practices, tricks of the trade, instrument history

Module 4

Music Theory, History & Lineage

The mathematics and geometry behind harmonic and dissonant chords and combos, and the history of this modality.

Module 5

Rituals & Holding Healing Space

Grounding practices and protection tools for sustainable space holding

Module 6

Tuning In To The Healer Within

Meet Your Instructor

Allison Bagg is a sound healer, breathwork facilitator, intuitive guide and artist based in Los Angeles. She weaves together a plethora of modalities to help clients ground into their bodies, establish strong boundaries, and open portals to the magic and abundance within. Certified and trained under a master lineage in gong, crystal alchemy singing bowls, planetary chimes and tuning forks, along with breathwork and Yoga Nidra, Allison aims to bring together both hemispheres of the brain in a beautiful marriage of spirit and science. Through these offerings, Allison feels called to educate and share intrinsic tools that have helped her along the path, and usher in a new generation of trauma-informed facilitators to serve their respective communities at a time when humanity needs spaceholders deeply rooted in integrity and reverence.

  • Yes, this training will take place virtually, with the potential of an in-person graduation depending on students’ availability

  • Once a week for three months. There will be a 2 hour training for each module every other week. The weeks in between will include a sound activation to integrate the information.

  • No, you don’t need to already own any instruments. After you graduate, you will receive a bonus consultation ($111 value) if you’d like to find your bowlmate or build out a set.

  • No prior experience necessary! This course was created to provide you with all of the fundamentals you need.

  • All sessions will be recorded and available for you to access at your convenience up to 6 months after graduation.

  • Refunds are offered up to two weeks before the training begins. If you are unable to make the training any time after that, your tuition can be applied to future courses.
