With active breathwork, we manipulate the breath through conscious breathing patterns. This powerful practice can fire new synapses, and rewire the brain to release limiting beliefs. I often say it’s like 10 years of therapy in one go! And the best part is, after all that work, we are primed and prepped to drop in even deeper during a sound journey and receive the healing benefits of sonic massage. Tune-Up Program

Tuning To Your Home Frequency

Duration: 3 month intensive
Location: Remote

This one-on-one container takes place over the course of three months and is designed for highly sensitives to ground and establish stronger boundaries. We will meet virtually over Zoom every week and work with sound, breath, and guided somatic work to locate stuck patterns and limiting beliefs that are ready to be released. A mixture of talking and energy work really amplify this experience. Clients walk away from this experience with greater clarity, a deeper connection to self, and exponential self-worth.
