7 days of sound
A Chakra Toning Journey
7 days · 7 chakras · 7 vowel sounds · 1 instrument: you
Hi! Welcome to your home for the next seven days.
Each day, we’ll explore one vowel sound and one energy center through a short guided practice designed to help you experience sound from the inside out.
There’s nothing to perfect here. No right note to hit. No need to sound good.
Just press play, make some sound, and notice what you notice.
A little request: Try not to skip ahead. Part of the experiment is spending one day with each sound and letting the journey unfold from root to crown.

DAY 04 · HEART

DAY 05 · THROAT
III
Express your truth
Birth you desires through your voice.

Open yourself from root to crown.
Let's Go DeeperWant to keep listening?
If these seven days have made you curious about what's possible when you go deeper with sound, I'd love to invite you into the next layer.
Join me for a free Ancient Future Sound Academy Open House + Soundbath Tuesday September 15th at 7PM PST!
We'll explore my approach to sound facilitation, what it actually means to become the instrument, what we study inside the Academy, and whether the upcoming training might be right for you.
And then we'll stop talking about sound, and experience it together.
